Well, the ring is on the finger, so the royal couple are wed (though the Huffington Post live blog tells me that children are singing, so the service continues).
The royal wedding coincides with my friend Laurie’s birthday today. Coincidence? She doesn’t think so!
There will be a great party tonight and we were all commanded to wear hats. So today the studio will be a mad hatter space. I started my hat last night. Fingers crossed that my plan will work. Great idea—dubious execution, perhaps. Photos forthcoming if it isn’t a major flop. I’ve got an assortment of my great aunt’s hats as backup.
